Welcome to SearchSocket, a free-to-use AI-powered content optimization tool developed by Greg Priday. By accessing or using SearchSocket, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you must not use SearchSocket.

1. Description of Service

SearchSocket is an AI-powered web-based tool that provides users with advice on how to improve their content and align it with Google's latest guidelines and best practices. The service is provided free of charge to users.

2. Use of Service

By using SearchSocket, you agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You must not use SearchSocket to attempt to optimize or improve any illegal, infringing, or harmful content. SearchSocket reserves the right to block access to its systems from any IP address found to be in violation of this policy.

3. Intellectual Property

SearchSocket claims no ownership or intellectual property rights over the content submitted by users to the service for the purpose of generating content improvement suggestions. However, by using SearchSocket, you grant the service permission to use the content improvements suggested by its AI models to fine-tune and improve its own smaller models through a process known as model distillation.

4. Data Privacy

In order to provide content improvement suggestions and to continuously improve its AI models, SearchSocket stores the interactions between users and its AI assistant. By using SearchSocket, you consent to the collection and use of this data solely for the purpose of improving the service. SearchSocket will not share or sell any user data to third parties.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

SearchSocket is provided "as is" and without any warranty of any kind. Greg Priday disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Greg Priday be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of SearchSocket, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to SearchSocket at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version of the Terms will be posted on the SearchSocket website. By continuing to use SearchSocket after any modifications to the Terms, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
